Anti-Aging Goji Juice

Updated: Jul 25, 2023

Just now had the Fountain of Youth been found. Imagine that you are still alive and well, aging physically but still maintaining a youthful appearance.

Four highly special polysaccharides found in the Tibetan Goji berry and its juice are known to have anti-aging properties. These four special polysaccharides, which are found in NO OTHER PLANT ON EARTH, are what give goji its anti-aging properties in addition to being packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

The longest-living people on earth drank Goji every day of their life in soups, drinks, and berries, and they lived to be well over 100 years old while still being active and healthy. Fresh fruits and vegetables were also served at meals, along with a relatively small amount of animal fats. These people, who lived in some of the harshest and most isolated places on earth, did not consume any processed, refined chemical foods or fast food.

The Goji Berry (Lycium Barbarum):

Tibetan traditional medicine has long utilized the goji fruit! The plants have tendrils that extend over 15 feet and grow like bushes. The berries are never handled by hand because doing so will cause them to oxidize and turn black. Then they are dried in the shade after being shaken onto mats.

Smoothies or juice cocktails can be made with goji berry juice. Polysaccharides found in goji fruit have been shown to significantly strengthen the immune system. The same polysaccharide has been discovered to act as a secretagogue or a chemical that increases the pituitary gland's production of the potent inherent anti-aging hormone known as human growth hormone (HGH). Of all known foods or plants on earth, it has the highest source of carotenoids, including beta carotene (more beta carotene than carrots)! Goji is a potent antioxidant that has historically been used to strengthen the body's resistance to sickness and give people the energy they need to face challenging challenges during the healing process. When beta-carotene is exposed to human liver enzymes, it can be converted into vitamin A. In addition to minor amounts of numerous other trace elements, Goji Juice is particularly rich in zinc, calcium, germanium, selenium,, and phosphorus.

The Goji berry, which has been shown to boost sexual fluids and improve fertility, is one of the most revered sexual tonic herbs in Asian Herbalist Forums. First-time mothers in Mongolia frequently take it to stop morning sickness. It is a soft, comforting fruit that is brimming with readily available energy.

Goji was given once daily for three weeks to numerous study groups of senior citizens, with many positive outcomes. The patients' interleukin-2 activity doubled, and 67% of their T cells' transformation functions tripled. Additionally, the findings showed that all of the patients' spirits and optimism greatly improved, their appetites significantly improved in 95% of cases, they slept better in 95% of cases, and 35% of patients partially regained their sexual function. The Goji berry has no toxicity at all.

Like other fruits, it shouldn't be consumed if you have diarrhea and dampness from a spleen shortage. Goji is increasingly being utilized in clinical settings to treat a variety of common illnesses, such as dizziness, blurred vision, chronic cough, and diseases that cause thirst, such as early-onset diabetes and tuberculosis. Diabetes is treated using this. Three times each day, 8–10 grams of steamed fruit were consumed (steaming softens the fruits). The average daily dosage range for medical applications being conducted at the moment in several nations is 8 to 30 grams. In some recent clinical trials, the berry has also been used to treat bone marrow deficiencies (poor production of red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets).

The atrophic gastritis, which is weaker digestion brought on by decreased stomach activity, has been treated with Goji, according to the Mongolian Institute of Traditional Medicine. Patients experienced outstanding benefits when they drank 10 grams of the whole fruits three times a day before meals for at least two months. Eight different types of amino acids—eight of which are essential for human health (including isoleucine and tryptophan)—are present in goji juice, which is six times more abundant in them than bee pollen. Free amino acids make up 50% of each Goji berry's amino acid composition. Goji juice has 500 times more vitamin C by weight than oranges and contains 21 trace minerals, the most abundant of which are zinc, iron, and copper. Vitamin B1, B2, B6, and vitamin E are abundant in goji juice. In addition to glucose, fructose, vitamin C, beta-sitosterol (an anti-inflammatory compound), linoleic acid (a fatty acid), sesquiterpenoids (cyperone, solavetivone), tetraterpenoids (zeaxanthin, physalin), and betaine (0.1%), mature fruits contain roughly 11 mg of iron per 100 grams.

Known to rejuvenate and restore youthful vitality and strengthen health

The well-known Li Qing Yuen, who reportedly lived to the age of 252 years (1678-1930), ingested Goji berries on a daily basis, a practice that has been linked to extremely long life.
