Correct Your Acid / Alkaline Balance with the Water You Drink: What the Experts Say

Recently, there has been a lot of discussion of the acid/alkaline imbalance in health circles. Let's try to make clear how specialists suggest we address this imbalance.


The problem

The ideal pH for your body is one that is neither too acidic nor too alkaline. Sadly, almost all of us have grown acidic as a result of our diets, beverages, and stress—both psychological and caused by pollution. In our bodies, acids can accumulate and throw our systems out of equilibrium.


The effects
